Who are the truly outstanding education professionalsthose who leave a lasting impact upon the lives of the students they encounter? What makes them so effective? What can all of us learn from them? This motivational presentation, liberally spiced with humor, combines the current research findings on the effective education of youth with the professional observations of Dr. Partin as a classroom teacher, counselor, teacher educator, and educational consultant. In a non-threatening program, teachers are reminded that excellence in education arises less from charisma than from hard work, enthusiasm, and caring.
