Who are the truly outstanding education professionals­those who leave a lasting impact upon the lives of the students they encounter? What makes them so effective? What can all of us learn from them? This motivational presentation, liberally spiced with humor, combines the current research findings on the effective education of youth with the professional observations of Dr. Partin as a classroom teacher, counselor, teacher educator, and educational consultant. In a non-threatening program, teachers are reminded that excellence in education arises less from charisma than from hard work, enthusiasm, and caring. Through active involvement Ron invites all educators to adapt and experiment with nine dimensions possessed by our truly outstanding peers.
